Privacy Policy

This explains what argine.lol, support.argine.lol and the Argine Studios Discord server collect and why. The short version: only what's needed to run the sites and answer you, no ads, no tracking, and we never sell anything.

1. argine.lol

  • The main site is a set of static information pages with no accounts, forms or cookies.
  • Like any website, our host sees technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

2. support.argine.lol: your account

  • To open tickets you sign in with Discord. We get your Discord display name, your username and your Discord account ID, and nothing more (we don't ask for your email, servers or messages).
  • We set one cookie to keep you signed in, plus short-lived cookies to make sign-in secure. Sessions end after 30 days. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

3. Support tickets

  • We keep the tickets and replies you write, and when they were sent, so the team can answer you. The Argine team can see them, along with your Discord name and ID.
  • Never post passwords, gift card codes or card details in a ticket.
  • Tickets stay until you delete your account or we delete them.

4. Argine AI

  • The home page chat and the first replies in your tickets are written by an AI. To write a reply, the messages in the chat or ticket (and, in a ticket, its title, category and your display name) are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which processes them to write the reply.
  • The home page chat isn't saved by us; your last few messages are sent with each question so the AI has context.
  • When a ticket is handed to the team, the AI writes a short summary of it in the ticket.
  • The AI can make mistakes, and it can't change accounts or make decisions for the team.

5. Spam limits

To stop abuse, we turn your IP address into a salted one-way code and use it to limit how fast the home page chat can be used. We don't store your actual IP address for this.

6. Who we share it with

  • Cloudflare hosts our sites and database and runs the AI (Workers AI, as described in section 4).
  • Discord handles sign-in and runs our community server, under its own privacy policy.

We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't use it for ads.

7. The Discord server

When you join discord.gg/argine, Discord handles your account and messages under Discord's own privacy policy. Staff can see what you post in the server. Don't share passwords, gift card codes, card details or other private information there.

8. Our mods

Each mod has its own privacy policy that explains exactly what that mod sends and stores. For DonutScam, see donutscam.lol/policy.

9. Your choices

  • Delete your data: click Delete my account on the Account page of the support site. That permanently deletes your support account, tickets and replies.
  • Anything else: open a Privacy & data ticket at support.argine.lol or ask in the Discord server. For data held by Discord or Cloudflare, use their own tools.

10. Children

Our sites aren't meant for children under 13. If you're under 13, don't sign in; ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead. If we learn we hold information from a child under 13, we'll delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
